Prior to setting up Pyrrho with Anson Chan in the year 2008, he was CFO of Yifung Alternative Energy Company Ltd, an alternative energy business and principal in Sinoera Era Limited, a corporate advisory business. Between 2000 and 2005 Paul worked in the proprietary investment business of Nomura International both in Hong Kong and London focusing on distressed debt, special situations and high yield debt. Prior to that he worked at KPMG. He is Chairman and investor in a Hong Kong based corporate services business, Global Corporate Services. Paul is a qualified Chartered Accountant.

| Anson Chan, Director |

Anson co-founded Pyrrho in the year 2008. He is also Chairman and Managing Director of Bonds Group, which owns both commercial and residential properties in prime locations of Hong Kong, China, Taiwan, Britain, Canada, USA and Singapore. Previously, Mr. Chan was an associate director in the proprietary investment group of Nomura International from 2000 to 2004, and of AIG Investment Corporation from 1998 to 2000. He was responsible for developing new investment opportunities and business relationships in Greater China.
Mr. Chan received his secondary and post-secondary education in the North America. In 1986, he received a Bachelor of Arts degree with a double major in Economics and Political Science from the University of California, Berkeley. In 1992, he was awarded a Master of Business Administration degree from the University of Toronto, Canada. He is also a Certified Public Accountant in the U.S. and a Charted Accountant in Ontario, Canada.
